Other Details to Note
Your unit is #4. Please make sure all garbage is placed in receptacles behind the unit. The dryer needs to be cleaned of all lint and water removed from the drain comportment after every use to avoid damage. Please do not throw towels with clothes. This will cause stain to the white towels. If towels are damaged or missing we will charge for replacement. There is a strict non-smoking policy inside the unit. If you smoke inside of the unit, you will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee. This unit is unit #4, which is part of 3 other units that can all be rented together to accommodate more guest. If you have a party of 8-10. You will have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Guest Access
There is private parking behind the unit as well as street parking. Guest are welcome to enjoy the private lush tropical back yard. You have full use of picnic tables and BBQ grill.
